Charleroi Elementary dance brings families together

Third, fourth and fifth graders at Charleroi Elementary Center know how to cut a rug. The school hosted its first Valentine’s Day Date Night dance Friday. Sons and mothers, daughters and fathers twisted the night away, enjoying music, food, dancing, crafts and photos. Hearts and red ribbons lined hallways while boys sported suits with roses on their lapels, and girls graced dresses and high heels. While the glamor looked easy, some said it was hard work.
