California Elementary mural now hangs in attorney’s office

A mural installed 20 years ago at California Area Elementary School has found a new home in the law office of attorney Lisa J. Buday. A renovation in the school’s lobby over the summer required the mural, was painted during the 2002-03 school year under the direction of retired teacher Bernard Spada and his students, be removed. For two decades, the mural depicting various towns and historic landmarks within the school district had been covered in plexiglass and on display in the lobby of the elementary school for students, visitors, faculty and staff to enjoy.
