Big fifth inning leads Jaguars over Leps

It took some time for Thomas Jefferson’s offense to get going Tuesday afternoon. The Jaguars managed to score a run on three hits through the first four innings before turning to small ball in order to gain separation on the scoreboard. A six-run fifth inning helped TJ’s cause, as it went on to capture a 10-3 road victory over Belle Vernon Area in nonsection play at the John DiVirgilio Sports Complex in Rostraver Township.
