Voters will have to decide if they want to see a change on the Forward Township board of supervisors in the upcoming primary election.
Incumbent Republican Supervisor Ron Skrinjorich will have competition in the primary as he seeks reelection.
Fellow Republican Jayme Stoffer, the wife of former Forward Township police chief Travis Stoffer, who ran against Supervisor Tom DeRosa in the last local election, will challenge Skrinjorich in the primary.
The winner of the primary Republican nomination will go on to face Democrat Dave Levdansky, a former longtime state representative, in the November general election. Levdansky is unopposed in the primary and will receive the Democratic nomination barring any successful write-in campaigns.
