North Charleroi fills opening on street crew

North Charleroi will soon have a two-man street crew. Council has been looking for someone to fill the full-time position since February. Street crew member Brandon Schwalb has primarily handled borough work and code enforcement on his own, and he’s made progress on getting the borough cleaned up.
