Hartman, Koskoski enter Hall; Puskar receives special honor

There was a distinct local flavor at the induction of the Washington-Greene County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame Class of 2023 Sunday at Southpointe’s Hilton Garden Inn. Two area residents and two California University grads highlighted the induction of the class. Also, a former collegiate star at Waynesburg University who resides in Carroll Township, received the James C. Montecalvo and Luke Blanock Courage Award.
