Donora OKs back payments for councilwoman

Donora council voted Thursday to reimburse Councilwoman Cindy Brice for three years of unclaimed stipend. Brice requested the reimbursement after council voted to repay Councilwoman Jane Ackerman for five years of unclaimed stipend last month. At $100 a month, the amount totaled about $6,000.
