Monessen: Complaint aired about waiving rental fees

Monessen council has a history of waiving rental fees for city nonprofits that want to use facilities and parks for events. At last week’s meeting, Ernie Telegraphis complained that the city waived the rental fee for the Monessen Lions Club’s use of the Herman Milhalich Memorial Boat Launch for the group’s annual steak fry.
