Westmoreland landfill issues raised at Rostraver meeting

More concerns were raised about the conduct at Westmoreland Sanitary Landfill during Wednesday night’s meeting of the Rostraver Township commissioners. Violations continue to pile up against the site, and residents Jack Kruell and Debbie Fought voiced their worries over the landfill during the meeting’s public comment period.
