Elizabeth Township native celebrating 103rd birthday

Emma Swonger, a native of Elizabeth Township and a resident at the TLC Adult Care Center in West Newton, is turning 103 today. Swonger said she’s enjoyed a happy life. She’s lived in the Mon Valley since being born in 1920 and has witnessed tremendous changes in the area over the years.
