South Allegheny hires new business manager

The South Allegheny School District appointed Joe Esper as its new director of finance and operations during a school board special meeting Thursday night. Esper, who will move on from his role as business manager at West Mifflin Area School District, is set to replace current SA business manager Sheila Lubert, who has accepted a similar role in another school district.
