3-day celebration will begin Thursday

The annual Saints Joachim & Anne Parish Community Festival is set to return for three fun-filled evenings this week. The fair will be held at St. Eugene Church Grounds, 3210 Liberty Way, Liberty Borough from 6 to 11 p.m. Thursday and Friday before finishing Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m.
