Monessen eyes pavilion for community events

The Monessen Redevelopment Authority has been talking about the possible construction of a pavilion for city events. Mayor Ron Mozer mentioned in a recent redevelopment authority meeting the potential of building something that could feature vendor fairs, outdoor movie nights and other city events.
