Elizabeth Township: Sewer tap fee cut in effort to attract more housing

Elizabeth Township’s board of commissioners approved a decrease in the sewer tap fee during Monday night’s meeting in an attempt to bring in more housing development to the area. The old fee schedule charged $6,000 for a sewer tap, but commissioners voted to bring it down to $2,000.
