Mozer: Monessen in good financial shape for sewer project

By planning ahead, Monessen is well funded to take care of repaying loans related to its ongoing citywide sewage project. At last week’s council meeting, Mayor Ron Mozer said he’d been going through roughly 700 pages of documents regarding the history, requirements, plans and scope of the project.
