Roads reopen, power back on in most areas

PennDOT, West Penn Power and Duquesne Light were busy all weekend working to get things back to normal after last week’s intense storm that brought an EF-2 tornado to Fayette County. On Saturday, crews were still working in Fayette and Washington counties to clear trees and wires.
