Leopards fend off Cougars for 2-1 win

It was a tale of two halves for the Belle Vernon Area boys soccer team Thursday night. In the opening 40 minutes against visiting Yough, the Leopards followed their gameplan to perfection, scoring two early goals, controlling play and limiting the Cougars’ chances. In the second half, things changed for Al Yeschenko’s squad.
