Trail council preparing for annual bike ride, party

The Mon/Yough Trail Council is preparing to host its annual community day with the Yough-n-Roll bike ride and Party on the Trail Sept. 16 at the Boston access of the Great Allegheny Passage. The festivities begins with Yough-n-Roll at 8:30 a.m. The course is flat and family friendly, and people of all ages are welcome and encouraged to attend. Bikers will ride along the banks of the Youghiogheny River and will encounter rest stops manned by trail volunteers.
