Village Project brings community into schools

The superintendents of Mc-Keesport Area, Clairton and Duquesne school districts banded together to create the Village Project, a volunteer program engineered to foster relationships between local residents and students. The Village Project brings adult volunteers into the schools to help children in a different manner than teachers and staff.
