Monongahela: Update provided on active transportation plan

Monongahela council’s work session Monday included an update to the city’s active transportation plan, which is in its final stages. Mayor Greg Garry and Councilwoman Sarah O’Brien were the only city officials in attendance so council discussed very little official business. A majority of the meeting was dedicated to a public forum.
