Corps of Engineers awards contract for Monongahela River Locks and Dam 3 removal

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District awarded a nearly $30 million contract to remove the Monongahela River Locks and Dam 3 in Elizabeth. The district awarded the dam removal contract to the Joseph B. Fay Company of Pittsburgh.
