Thomas Jefferson holds Fall Festival of Bands

Thomas Jefferson High School hosted its 20th annual Fall Festival of Bands Saturday. The stadium was packed Saturday night for the festival, despite the chilly temperatures. This year’s event included 12 invited groups featuring more than 900 students — just in the bands.
