Monongahela hosting Witch Festival today

Leaves are falling and Halloween is approaching, which means witches from around the country will descend upon Monongahela today. The sixth annual Witch Festival will be held at the Aquatorium from noon to 8 p.m. It includes more than 50 vendors, whose items are mostly handmade. The event will also feature a DJ, cackling and costume contests, tarot card readings, themed beverages and food.
