Witches gather in Monongahela for a day of Halloween-style fun

Witches near and far treat Monongahela’s Witch Festival as a yearly Halloween tradition. Droves of people from around the country flocked to the Monongahela Aquatorium Saturday for the sixth annual event, which included more than 50 specialty vendors, several food vendors and cackling, hat and costume contests.
