Family-run food truck serves hot lunches in McKeesport

With hard work, determination and help from his family, a retired Duquesne Light Co. worker has transformed a vacant lot, a food truck and a knack for smoked cooking into a thriving lunch spot in McKeesport’s downtown. “I’ve always loved to cook,” Keith Colecchi said as he worked behind the counter at Hi Eatery with his wife and business partner, Lorene Spinelli, whose daughter Lorrin came up with the name and helped to design the menu.
