Charleroi set to discuss 2024 budget

Charleroi Council is expected to have its first public discussion about a proposed 2024 spending plan — which does not include a tax increase as it stands — during Wednesday’s voting meeting. The preliminary budget was given to members of council during an agenda meeting last week by Councilman Larry Celaschi, who sits on the finance committee along with Joe Smith.
