Rostraver Township: Residents air more concerns about landfill

More concern was expressed by residents over the Westmoreland Sanitary Landfill and its repeated violations during the Rostraver Township commissioners meeting Wednesday night. Debbie Fought, who has been outspoken about the landfill’s conduct, addressed ongoing work with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to try to force change at the landfill.
