Taxes, fees hold steady in Donora’s preliminary budget

Donora Council unanimously approved a preliminary budget Thursday night that won’t raise taxes or garbage rates. Finance Chair Gib Szakal made the motion and Councilwoman Jane Ackerman, who participated by phone, seconded it. There was no discussion.
