Donora approves 2024 budget at special meeting

With just four members attending the meeting, Donora Council approved its final 2024 budget with no tax increase Thursday night. Council President Mike McDowell, Vice President Fred Berestecky, Councilwoman Cindy Brice and Councilman Tommy Thompson attended, giving council a quorum so the special meeting could take place.
