Weather brings more challenges to Mon Valley

The Mon Valley woke up to snow and rain Tuesday, creating slippery roads and prompting area school districts to impose two-hour delays and cancellations. The Monessen Public Safety Building experienced a power outage Tuesday morning, during which its backup generator failed to start.
