Charleroi OKs 1-year-deal with RWNES

After months of discussion, Charleroi has decided to opt in for at least one year to help Rostraver West Newton Emergency Services cover expenses. RWNES is in the process of visiting all 23 municipalities that it serves to ask for support as it continues to wait for legislation to be passed to provide much-needed financial help.
