South Allegheny Middle School teacher awarded McDonald’s Mac Grant

A local middle school teacher received a McDonald’s Make Activities Count Grant on Thursday. A $500 check was presented to Jennifer Wachs during an assembly at South Allegheny Middle School by local McDonald’s owner/operator Darren Roberts. Wachs will use the funds to teach culinary skills and host a middle school cooking competition.
