Donora Council seeks ideas for DEC property

Donora Council wants to talk about what to do with the Donora Elementary Center property on Waddell Avenue. It’s not exactly a new topic for council — or for residents. Ringgold School District chose to shutter Donora and Monongahela elementary centers in 2011, move those students to the former Carroll Middle School and rename it Ringgold Elementary South.
