Serra Catholic’s Eagles top South Park

Serra Catholic overcame a 14-point first-quarter deficit and outlasted South Park in the end to capture a dramatic 36-35 victory in nonsection play Tuesday night. “We really were a disaster in the first quarter in many ways,” Serra Catholic head coach Mike Voit said. “We were doing some really uncharacteristic things, especially in our man, but we found a way to settle in, get some good rotational movement in our zone press and claw back.”
