Police officer promoted in Elizabeth Township

Elizabeth Township promoted Chris McBride to patrol sergeant at a swearing-in ceremony Monday evening attended by several area police officers and McBride’s family. Chief of Police Kenneth Honick offered his endorsement of McBride, who has been a patrol officer for more than eight years.
