Berestecky replaced as MMVTA representative

The long-debated issue of who will represent Donora on the Mid Mon Valley Transit Authority for the next five years has been put to rest, but it wasn’t a decision that made everyone happy. For some time, Councilman Fred Berestecky has argued that he has one year remaining on the term he was appointed to. Some borough records, but not all, reflect that.
