Westmoreland Community Action will open welcome center in Monessen

Westmoreland Community Action will open a welcome center in Monessen to assist low-income individuals in the former bank annex building at 557 Donner Ave. Council approved a motion at Thursday’s meeting for WCA to lease the space from the city for $700 per month.
