Haitians find new lives in Mon Valley

Keith Bassi isn’t sure what to expect each Tuesday morning when he walks into First Presbyterian Church in Charleroi to teach English to immigrants through the Literacy Council of Southwestern PA. Recently he chose to discuss an article his student, Luciano Janvier, wrote for his fellow Haitian peers about the influx of migrants into the Charleroi area.
