North Belle Vernon residents cite trash, pet waste problems

Garbage and pet waste continue to create headaches for North Belle Vernon residents who say they are tired of picking up after their neighbors. At Tuesday’s meeting, residents asked council what can be done about neighbors not properly storing their garbage and others who refuse to clean up after their dogs.
