Winners chosen in water pollution poster contest

Rostraver Township commissioners recently announced the latest winners in the township’s water pollution poster contest.

In its fourth year, the contest is held annually as part of the township’s Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) program.

An MS4 is a municipality-owned system that transports and collects stormwater. They are independent sewer systems, unattached to a publicly owned sewage treatment plant.
