Michael Andrew ‘Mickey’ Romey – Mississippi, formerly of Monessen

Michael Andrew “Mickey” Romey, 81, of Mississippi, formerly of Monessen, died June 5, 2024, in Florence, Miss. Born Nov. 8, 1941, in Monessen, he returned home for his final rest in Mon Valley Memorial Park, Donora. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Andrew Romey Sr., and mother, Eva Latkanich Sawich. Mike is survived by his two sisters, Kathryn “Kay” Romey of Pittsburgh, and Rebecca “Becky” Romey of Webb Palos Verdes, Calif.; a daughter, Bridgett Gadd of Allison, Pa.; and a grandson, Seth Sapko; along with many relatives and cousins throughout the USA.
