Craft Camp offered at Carnegie library
The Carnegie Free Library of McKeesport board of trustees will hold a meeting at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the library, 1507 Library Ave.

The Carnegie Free Library of McKeesport will have Craft Camp at 1 p.m. Tuesday, as well as June 26 and 27.
Participants will make bird houses/bird feeders, and do tie-dyeing and painting.

Summer reading club/ teen night to be held at Monongahela library
The Summer Reading Club will meet Tuesday and again July 2, 9, 16 and 23 at the Monongahela Area Library, 813 W. Main St. Kids ages 6-12 can go on a fun adventure with Miss Becky.
Teen night will be held 6 p.m. Tuesday. The program will be on how to bind a journey to record your Summer Reading journey in its pages.
Book donations being accepted at West Newton library
The West Newton Public Library is accepting donations of adult hardcover and paperback books, (in a condition that can be sold), children’s books, DVDs and audio tapes. The library is located at 124 N. Water St., West Newton, and is open noon to 5 p.m. Monday and Thursday; noon to 7 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

Seats available on bus trip to see ‘Ruth’
Saints Joachim and Anne Catholic Parish is sponsoring a bus trip to Berlin, Ohio, on Aug. 14 to see “Ruth” at the Ohio Star Theater. Bus will leave St. Michael Church, 101 McLay Drive, Elizabeth, at 7 a.m. and stop at the Walnut Creek Cheese Store, have lunch at the Dutch Valley Restaurant and then on to see “Ruth.” Cost is $156 for the day. Staffen reunion set for July 20
The 69th annual Staffen reunion will be held July 20 at Cedar Creek Park, pavilion 2, Rostraver Township.

Carnival Night to be held at Perry VFD
The Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department, 206 Liberty St., Perryopolis, will hold Carnival Night at the fire hall from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday. Included will be carnival games, food vendors, country music by artist Tim Litvin from 7 to 9 p.m., and more.
