All guests are encouraged to complete the Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) self-declaration once a year to receive food. This information will only be used to provide food and help improve service. While completing a self-declaration is not required, some of the food items at the distribution events require guests to have filled out the self-declaration. After completing the form, staff will issue the participant a pass card at the next food distribution. Guests will be asked to then bring their card back to each event they attend so staff can accurately record visits and plan distributions.
