• Independence Day celebration, Richardson Park, 315 Frye Ave., Bentleyville, starting at 10 a.m. The event will feature a DJ, petting zoo from 6 to7:30 p.m., children’s activities, food vendors and crafts from 2 to 8 p.m., car show from 2 to 6 p.m., fireworks, 10 p.m.

• Rockin’ on the Mon concert featuring Fabulous Booze Brothers, Noble J. Dick Aquatorium, 200 Railroad St., Monongahela, gates open at 6 p.m. $10 admission, at the gate or at eventbrite.com.
• Car Show on the Circle, Perryopolis, noon to 5 p.m., car registration, $10, from 1 to 1:45 p.m. Held by Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department and Vargas Girls Pinup.
• Outreach car wash, held by Free Indeed Ministry, Dierken’s Pharmacy lot, Monongahela, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Trap shoot, Rostraver Sportsmen’s and Conservation Association, 539 Cedar Creek Road, Rostraver Township, 11 a.m.
