• Morris James Jones, 22, of Clairton was charged with persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms, firearms not be carried without a license, two counts of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, a controlled substance by a person not registered and two counts of knowingly or intentionally possessing a controlled or counterfeit substance by a person not registered after an alleged incident Saturday, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Eric Porter is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. Aug. 22.
