One of the suspects was involved in a SWAT standoff in Monongahela this week.
Allegheny County Police announced Friday that two men, including one who was arrested after an hours-long SWAT standoff Wednesday in Monongahela, have been charged in connection with a homicide in Ohio Township.
Charges against Emmanuel Houghton, 19, and Tyler Stewart, 22, include criminal homicide, conspiracy, robbery and firearm violations, county police said in a statement. Both are being held in the county jail pending preliminary arraignment.

During the invest igation, police said they were looking for any cellphone or dashcam video, either from the Giant Eagle or Home Depot parking lots in that area.
They were also trying to identify the people inside a white Chevrolet Traverse and a blue/gray Honda Accord with New York plates, according to the statement. Investigators said the shooting Houghton was arrested around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday after an all-day standoff with SWAT officers. Police tried to arrest him at multiple scenes in the area after he allegedly fired shots at officers while driving a stolen car and escaped into a building.
Houghton is facing charges of attempted criminal homicide, attempted aggravated assault, receiving stolen property, fleeing or attempting or eluding a police officer and firearms violations for the incident in Monongahela.
Stewart is also facing dozens of charges, including aggravated assault by vehicle and possession, in connection to a police chase and attempted carjacking in Banksville earlier this week.
