Joyce Ann Sickles – Fayette City
Joyce Ann Sickles, 89, of Fayette City, died Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2024. Born in Donora on July 16, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Alberta Miller. A homemaker, Joyce was a member of Little Redstone Church. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins fan. She is survived by her sons, David (Rhonda) Sickles of Newell and Alan (Amy) Sickles of Glen Burnie, Md.; daughter, Cheryl Ann (Marty) Muzar of Monessen; grandchildren, Wayne Brown, Shawn (Lisa) Brown, Brian (Amber) Brown, Kristy (Jeremiah) Gregory, David (Crystal) Sickles Jr. and Aleshia Sickles; great-grandchildren, Logan, Shawna, Camden, Darren, Evie, Lainey, Ashton, Savannah, Tabitha, McKenna, Natalie, Kaitlyn, Luke and John; one great-great grandchild; special friend, Quentin Mulac; sister, Alberta Celaschi in Amherst, Ohio; and brotherin- law, George Sickles of Rostraver. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Homer D. Sickles; daughters, Lu-Ann Sickles and Cindy Lou Gray; and sisters, Nancy Maxwell and Louise Moore. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at JAMES C.
