• Aric Wayne Ostrowski, 39, of Monessen was charged with retail theft stemming from an alleged incident Thursday, court records state. A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Eric Porter is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. Jan. 8, and Ostrowski is being held in Washington County Prison unable to post a $10,000 bail.
