Bible Chapel to host monthly men’s breakfast
The Bible Chapel of Rostraver, 203 Johnson Ave., Belle Vernon, will host its monthly men’s breakfast from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday. The breakfast is held the last Saturday of each month and will be offered to Christian men of all faiths as well as those who may not be connected to a church.
Each month will feature a motivational Christian speaker. This month’s speaker will be Pastor Tim Burgan, former headliner on Cornerstone TV with a program called “His Place,” where he was a proprietor of an imaginary coffee shop where Christians from all walks of life were interviewed by him. Most recently Pastor Tim founded an actual coffee shop in Monessen with the same name. His Place Coffee, Community and More is an arm of the Christian Center Church where Burgan serves as lead pastor.
The breakfast sessions will be led by Ralph Stone, a Mon Valley Independent columnist, who writes the popular weekly column “It’s Etched in Stone.” He will open each session with a reading of his newest book, “Keep Your Eye on the Donut.”
Reservations are not required. For more information, contact Ralph at 724-483-2132.
