Nancy Lee Smith Konsugar – Uniontown
Nancy Lee Smith-Konsugar passed away on Friday, Jan. 17, 2025, at the Addison of Uniontown, Pa. She was born and raised on Dec. 11, 1947, in California, Pa., daughter of the late Bert and Elizabeth Jenkins Smith. She was married to the late Jeffery A. Konsugar. Nancy was a dedicated wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and greatgrandmother. Prior to the Addison, she and her husband Jeff lived in Rostraver. Previously they resided in Virginia Beach, Va., since 1986. Nancy leaves to cherish her memories a son and daughter- in-law, Thomas and Candace Santo, (children Noah, Jonah, Luke and Elisabeth) of Perryopolis; daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Mike Siller (children Ashley, Candyce and Kristen) of Connecticut; and son, Todd A. Kostelac (son, Dragen Kostelac) of Belle Vernon. She also leaves behind five great-grandchildren. No services will be held, per her request.
